Salad mix - Sprouts - ORG

Salad mix! Bean sprouts, alfalfa, lentils, fenugreek, and yellow mustard. A perfect combination full of vitamins and minerals. Delicious with many different dishes and in a green salad. Sprinkle the seeds in a thin layer on a seed tray and rinse gently under the tap. Fill the glass bowl with water up to the bottom of the tray and place it in the sun at a normal room temperature of 20–22 °C. Don't forget to water the seeds every day. You can also use wet cotton wool in a container of your choice. Sprinkle the seeds carefully over the cotton wool and make sure it stays wet. Before you know it, you can enjoy your own home-grown vegetables. After five days, you can eat the sprouts, which will be about 3–5 cm long. This combination provides a delicious, spicy flavor and a healthy variety in your dishes!
