Tulipa Dreamer - ORG

The Tulipa Dreamer is no ordinary tulip. Its deep pink flowers have a soft, almost velvety sheen that glows beautifully in the morning sun. The stem is long and sturdy — ideal as a cut flower, but it also attracts plenty of attention in the border. It flowers in April and May and is reliable year after year, provided it is planted correctly.

Planting and care

Plant the Tulipa Dreamer in the autumn, from October to December, at a depth of around 15 cm and 10–15 cm apart. Choose a sunny to lightly shaded spot with well-drained soil. It also flowers superbly in a pot or container — in which case, use good-quality potting compost and plant the bulbs close together for a full effect.
