It's super healthy and full of antioxidants. But don't forget how tasty it is! It has a mild flavor with a crunchy bite that goes with everything. As a garnish on soup, in a sandwich, or simply on a salad, oh yes, they're also great in a smoothie!  

Sow the seeds on wet cotton wool (keep it moist!) in a tray and you can eat them after seven weeks. After harvesting, they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week!
