Its bushy, somewhat trailing growth habit makes this plant ideal as the edge of a border or path, where it gently cascades over the edge. Bees and bumblebees flock to the flowers in large numbers, while the herbaceous scent keeps unwanted visitors at bay.

Thanks to its long blooming period and low-maintenance nature, ‘Walker’s Low’ is one of the most commonly used catnip varieties in the garden. It pairs well with roses, whose bare stems it conceals, and with Salvia or Sedum to create a border full of texture and color.
