Arugula sprout kit - Sprouts - ORG

Organic arugula sprouts, grown in a glass bowl! A stainless steel grid is included. Sprinkle the seeds in a thin layer over the grid and rinse under the tap. Fill the bowl with water up to the bottom of the grid and place it in a dark room with a temperature of around 20–22 °C. The seeds like clean water and need fresh water every day. If the sprouts are not yet able to lift the grid, give them a helping hand and lift the grid with a knife. After 5–8 days, you can eat the 2–5 cm sprouts. Cut them just below the leaves; they will keep in the refrigerator for about a week without losing their healthy properties. Bon appetit!
