Arugula cress - Sprouts - ORG

Arugula sprouts, a beautiful organic sprout that is easy to grow. After 6 days, you can already use the sprouts on a tasty cracker, sandwich or salad. It has a delicious nutty flavour with a hint of pepper. Combination tips include: raw ham, creamy cheese, smoked salmon and salads. In addition to its excellent flavour, rocket sprouts are also rich in iron and contain many vitamins, such as A and C. Sprinkle the seeds in a thin layer over the seed tray and rinse gently under the tap. You can germinate them well in glass bowls or, for example, empty butter tubs filled with wet cotton wool. Keep the cotton wool moist. After 6 days, the sprouts will already be 3-5 centimetres long! Not only does it grow quickly, but you can also enjoy it all year round. Clear gardening, with an organic taste sensation after 6 days. PLEASE NOTE! Basil, rocket and cress form a gel when they come into contact with water. Less suitable for sprouting in the sprouting vegetable pot, which requires draining. We recommend sprouting these varieties by mixing them with alfalfa and/or radish sprouts and/or broccoli sprouts.
