Bee Buffet Sunbath v2 - ORG

This pack has been created for one place: that sunny corner of the garden that deserves to be bursting with life. The Bee Buffet Sunbath v2 contains sixty organic bulbs in four varieties, carefully selected to ensure a long and varied flowering period. From the blue Muscari in early spring to the purple spheres of Allium Sphaerocephalon in June — there’s always something in bloom, always something for the bees.

From March to June

Muscari armeniacum kicks things off in March with its brilliant blue. Tulipa ‘Little Beauty’ and Tulipa saxatilis flower in April; both are small but strikingly coloured. Finally, Allium Sphaerocephalon rounds off the flowering cycle in May and June with its characteristic purple-red spherical flowers. This staggered flowering is no coincidence — it ensures a continuous supply of nectar that attracts bees and bumblebees to your garden for weeks on end.

Planting and care

Plant all the bulbs in the autumn in a sunny, well-drained spot. Vary the planting depth according to the species: Muscari and Tulipa at 8–10 cm, Allium Sphaerocephalon at around 8 cm. After flowering, allow the foliage to die back before removing it — this allows the bulbs to store energy for the following year. Once planted, this pack will look after itself for years to come.
